Once youâve signed up, a JB Scoop & Go representative will reach out to schedule your first cleanup and walk you through what to expect.
đ» Step 3: Set Up Your Customer Portal
After signing up, youâll receive a link to your Customer Portal where you can manage your service, view billing details, update contact info, and more â all in one place.
đł Step 4: Attach Your Payment Method
All billing takes place on the 1st of each month, before services are provided.
You can easily set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once it's set up, JB Scoop & Go will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. You can also view all billing records anytime in your Customer Portal.
â ïž Please note: If payment isnât received before your first scheduled cleanup of the month, your service may be paused until payment is made.
